I first used the services of Mr Ian Martin some years ago, when it was important for me to have some intensive training and familiarisation in the use of a laptop computer due to my having taken on a management role within my company. Even though at times I became quite difficult his patience was rewarded, and I now feel reasonably proficient. On occasion I call on him to help me when I get stuck and as I progress he gives me training as required on various new programmes.

Ian's name was given to me by a friend. I first contacted him as I had a problem with the working of my computer. He came to my house and quickly identified the problem and corrected it, although it was necessary to have another visit to correct completely. He explained clearly to me what he had done, and why. He has recently been to give me a lesson on organising and editing my photos. He was very patient, especially as I am very much a novice when it comes to computing, and is happy to repeat instructions as often as I wished. The lesson was unhurried and conducted at my pace.I will certainly be seeing Ian for further assistance, and would not hesitate in recommending him to my friends.

I have known Ian for many, many years and during that time he has taught me alot. He is kind, thoughtful, reliable and cheerful. He has been my savior. When my computer or printer goes wrong, he comes as soon as he can and puts it right. As long as you give him cups of tea he will fix it.
